The commune of Chamonix has taken on a consultancy to find out local needs for bus transport in the valley and to improve the existing network. The questionnaires have been handed out on the buses.

After analysing this study, the commune of Chamonix and the public-private partnership Chamonix development have decided to improve the network in the following areas:

- the principal year-round routes( lines 1,2 and 3),
- the extra high season routes,
- a more suitable frequency.

As a result, the three main bus lines circulate from Les Houches to Le Tour, at intervals of half an hour, mornings and evenings, and hourly during the day.

The Mulet continues to serve the town centre routes.

This winter, the buses take you straight to the foot of the pistes!

If you want to link one ski area to another, the frequency is 10 to 30 minutes...
And finally for the après-ski the "Cham'nuit" will get you home up until 12:30am.

All this free with the "carte d'hôte", ski ticket, or car park ticket!

Regarding this last, three park and ride car parks enable you to park and access different bus stops.

1- Park Grepon P+R PREFERABLY use outdoor parking(transportation to the ski resorts around Chamonix or to downtown Chamonix from the “ Grépon ” bus stop)

2- Park Saint Michel- Indoor Parking
(fast access to the Brévent gondola via the Savoy draglift: follow the pedestrian path left of the parking exits located: on floors 0 and 6)

3- Park Mont Blanc- Indoor parking
(transportation to the ski resorts around Chamonix from the “ Place du Mont-Blanc ” bus stop)

Don't hesitate any more, have a holiday and leave your car at home! No need to get annoyed when going skiing!
